Club1Studios is seeking a certified and passionate Mat Pilates Instructor to lead energizing, alignment-focused group classes for clients of all fitness levels. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of Pilates principles, excellent communication skills, and a motivating presence to every session. You’ll be part of a supportive and dynamic studio environment committed to wellness, community, and high-quality instruction.

Responsibilities
Lead 45–60 minute Mat Pilates classes with strong emphasis on form, breath, and core connection
Offer clear verbal and visual cues, as well as hands-on adjustments (as appropriate)
Modify exercises to accommodate a range of fitness levels, injuries, or limitations
Arrive early to set up and create a welcoming class setting
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio space




Foster community and client retention through positive interaction and encouragement
Represent Club1Studios' values and brand voice during every class

Qualifications
Certified in Mat Pilates through a recognized program (e.g., BASI, STOTT, Balanced Body, PMA, etc.)
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain before start date)
At least 6 months of teaching experience preferred (newly certified instructors also welcome to apply)
Solid knowledge of human anatomy, alignment, and movement principles
Reliable, qualified, and committed to punctuality and studio culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
