We are seeking a passionate and skilled Indo-Chinese Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Indo-Chinese dishes with attention to flavor, presentation, and quality standards
Handle all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure a positive dining experience for guests
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking to ensure smooth kitchen operations




Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness of ingredients
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food service and customer satisfaction

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service environment
Strong knowledge of Indo-Chinese cuisine, including popular dishes and traditional cooking techniques
Excellent food handling skills with a focus on hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen
Ability to serve dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and safety protocols in a rapid-paced setting
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
Passion for culinary arts with a desire to learn new techniques and improve skills within the food industry

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
