We are seeking a skilled Desktop PC Repair Technician to join our team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining desktop computers while also assisting with PC builds. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, is detail-oriented, and enjoys problem-solving. Success in this role means keeping systems running efficiently, reducing downtime, and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on desktop PCs.
Replace or upgrade components such as RAM, storage drives, motherboards, and power supplies.
Assemble and build custom desktop PCs based on performance needs.
Install and configure operating systems and necessary software.




Maintain an organized workspace and document repairs for future reference.
Work in office, collaborating with the team to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications:
2 years of hands-on experience repairing and troubleshooting desktop PCs.
Robust understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and drivers.
Ability to build and upgrade PCs based on specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
