We are currently recruiting a couple of Personal Support Workers to assist a male employer, who is a Quadriplegic, with all activities of daily living.

This employer likes playing board games.

Location:
Nanaimo, BC (near Lewis Park)

Shifts Available:
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am to 12:00pm and 6:00pm to 8 pm
Monday to Friday: 6:00pm to 8:00pm for On Call Only

Compensation:
$27 per hour for probationary period
$28 per hour after probationary period

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
All aspects of personal care such as personal hygiene (brushing teeth, shaving), dressing and toileting
Assist with Range of Motion exercises
Assist with transfers using a sling lift
Light housekeeping and meal prep

Requirements:
Drivers License and Vehicle are required
Must be comfortable working in an setting with cats
