Responsibilities
Sand and smooth drywall surfaces to achieve a flawless finish, ensuring they are ready for painting or further finishing work
Use hand tools
Confident on stilts
Maintain a clean work area by picking up piles of drywall dust
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standardsRequirements
Ability to operate hand tools,



power sanders, and other relevant equipment safely (csts) certification
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Physical stamina to stand, bend and work in various environments throughout the day
