Job Description
We are hiring a friendly, confident, and responsible female Front Desk Team Member to join our team at 6ixty Wings.
Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and skilled manner
Take dine-in, takeout, phone, and online orders accurately
Operate the POS system and process cash/card payments
Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions
Pack and organize customer and delivery orders
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
Handle customer concerns professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area
Restock front counter supplies as required
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset
Must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
