This role is about a lot more than operating a torch. As a Journeyman welder with CNG, you will have the chance to showcase your skills on a number of projects and get involved in the big picture of project creation. As part of our teamwork philosophy, you will have the prospect to learn about and participate in other facets a project, such as window and door installation, and you will be expected to teach welders’ helpers as well as identify issues and offer solution ideas to supervisors.
Minimum Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of welding procedures (FCAW, GMAW)
Knowledge of blueprint interpretation
Able to use torches, grinder, or band saw to cut and fit material
Demonstrates quality workmanship
Able to maintain a clean and organized work workplace
Understanding of, and commitment to, safe workplace standards and practices
Ability to train apprentices
Evening shift 2pm till 1030pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
