Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mover - Team Lead / Driver to oversee moving operations, lead a team of movers, and ensure effective and safe transportation of goods. This role involves coordinating moving activities, operating commercial vehicles, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, warehouse experience, and the ability to handle heavy lifting with professionalism and safety awareness.

Duties
Lead and supervise a team of movers during residential or commercial relocations
Operate trucks and commercial vehicles to transport items safely to designated locations
Assist with heavy lifting, packing, loading, and unloading of furniture and equipment
Ensure all moving activities comply with safety protocols and company policies
Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed
Coordinate schedules, routes, and logistics for timely move completion




Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally
Conduct safety inspections of vehicles and equipment prior to use

Qualifications
Proven experience in moving, warehouse operations, or related fields
Valid drivers licences, and experience driving 5 ton trucks
Robust physical ability for heavy lifting and manual labor
Excellent communication skills to lead a team and interact with clients effectively
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
Reliable transportation to job sites and flexibility to work varying schedules

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
