Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of our healthcare facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical workflows, manage staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a welcoming environment for patients. Duties
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the clinic staff, including medical and administrative personnel
Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and check-in processes using electronic medical records systems such as Dentrix or similar platforms
Manage clinic budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operations
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and safety standards across all clinic activities
Facilitate communication between medical staff, human resources, and external partners to support smooth clinic functioning
Maintain accurate documentation of medical records, billing information, and staff schedules
Lead hiring, onboarding, training,



and performance evaluations for clinic personnel

Requirements
Proven experience in dental or medical office management with strong supervisory skills
Proficiency with electronic medical records systems such as Dentrix or comparable platforms
Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital or acute care environments
Experience managing budgets and financial planning within a healthcare setting
Background in human resources functions including staffing, conflict resolution, and team development
Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and safety protocols
Prior experience in nursing or hospital settings is highly desirable
Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced environment

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
