We are a Foot Reflexology Spa looking to hire for a part-time or full time Receptionist for our Downtown Coal Harbour, Richmond, and South Surrey Location (coming September 2026).
Experience Requirements:
Reception Experience
Customer Experience.
English speaker preferred.
Mandarin speaker is a bonus.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations,
optimizing the use of available resources.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about spa services and promotions.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to enhance the client experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
