The Role
We're looking for a driven B2B sales qualified to grow our commercial territory. You'll build relationships with property managers, construction PMs, architects, and maintenance supervisors — managing existing accounts, hunting new business, and promoting our preventative maintenance program. You'll act as a trusted advisor: understanding each customer's needs and recommending the right solution.
What You'll Do
Identify and pursue new commercial prospects through networking, outreach, and lead generation
Manage and grow a defined territory strategically
Diagnose client needs and sell solutions, not just features
Manage renewals, retention, and contracts
Meet or exceed sales targets

Must-Have
5+ years of B2B sales experience
Strong communication and consultative-selling skills
Self-motivated, comfortable working independently
Valid driver's license (hybrid role, territory-based)

Nice-to-Have
Experience in construction, building products, or technical/solution sales




Familiarity with commercial property management or facilities

Compensation & Perks
$90,000–$140,000 total earning potential (base salary + commission)
Comprehensive benefits, vehicle allowance, fuel allowance
