About the Position
Residence O Bons Soins is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and organized Supervisor of Resident Care to join our team.
The successful candidate will supervise and support our care team while ensuring that residents receive safe, respectful, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support resident care staff
Coordinate daily care activities and staff assignments
Ensure residents' needs are being met
Monitor and follow up on resident care concerns
Communicate with families, staff, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate documentation
Provide leadership and guidance to the care team
Ensure residence policies and safety standards are followed
Requirements
Fluent in both French and English – REQUIRED
Experience in resident care, healthcare, or a related field
Previous supervisory experience is an asset
Solid communication and organizational skills
Compassionate and respectful attitude toward seniors
Reliable, responsible, and professional
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
