Responsibilities
Prepare a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies, following established recipes and quality standards
Decorate cakes and desserts with creative cake decorating techniques to enhance visual appeal
Assist with food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and assembling baked items
Maintain strict food safety and handling procedures to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations
Package baked goods efficiently for retail display or customer orders, ensuring freshness and presentation
Support kitchen operations by cleaning workstations, equipment,



and utensils regularly
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations when needed

Skills
Proven experience in baking, cake decorating, or food preparation within a restaurant or bakery environment
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Excellent attention to detail for accurate measurements and decorative finishing
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve customers confidently
Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for cleanliness, packaging, and quality control
A passion for baking, cooking, and creating visually appealing desserts that delight customers
