Join Brant Community Healthcare System as a Healthcare Quality Improvement Consultant and drive patient safety initiatives. Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement strategies that enhance care quality.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Experience. Your responsibilities will include developing quality improvement goals and leading the analysis of patient safety incidents. You will engage with interdisciplinary teams to foster a culture of safety and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate on unit-level quality and utilization improvements • Review and analyze patient safety events thoroughly • Support accreditation compliance and related standards • Utilize data to guide quality improvement decisions • Provide mentorship on quality strategies to staff

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a regulated health discipline or related field • 3-5 years' experience within a hospital or healthcare setting • Excellent time management and teamwork abilities • Criminal Record Check required • Master’s degree preferred, certification in Patient Safety is a plus
