Vteach Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated and engaging Elementary Tutor to work with students in Grades K–6 across Math, English, and foundational subjects aligned with the Alberta curriculum.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong academic foundations and supporting student confidence in a structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions aligned with the Alberta curriculum
Support students in developing literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
Adapt instruction based on individual student needs
Monitor progress and maintain explicit lesson notes
Foster a positive, focused,
and encouraging learning workplace
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree (Education or related field preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable teaching multiple subjects at the elementary level
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Experience working with children is an asset

Pay
$16–$18/hour (based on experience)
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
