Join Riverbend Autoglass as an Auto Glass Technician! You’ll perform windshield replacements, rock chip repairs, back-door and side-door glass replacements, and other automotive glass services. The role also includes ADAS calibration after windshield replacement when required. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in a rapid-paced environment while delivering quality service.
The starting wage at Riverbend Autoglass is $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience, with regular wage reviews and opportunities for increases based on performance and skill development.
Responsibilities
Perform windshield replacements, stone-chip repairs, and back-door, side-door, sunroof, and moonroof glass installations using hand and power tools.
Provide mobile auto glass services at customer locations, ensuring proper fit, seal integrity, and quality workmanship.
Inspect vehicles for additional damage or installation issues and perform ADAS calibration when required.
Safely handle and lift heavy glass components while following proper safety and ergonomic procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
Keep accurate records of all services performed.
Qualifications
Windshield replacement or auto glass experience preferred; training provided.
Strong mechanical knowledge and experience using hand and power tools.
Automotive repair, dealership, or mechanic experience is an asset.
Auto Body Technician certificate or related automotive certification is an asset.
Familiarity with vehicle systems and automotive components.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Safety-focused with the ability to follow proper procedures.
Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to safely lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and driver’s abstract required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
