Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality food service for our guests. Candidates should possess excellent cooking skills, experience in a restaurant or food service environment, and a keen eye for cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and equipment
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
Follow proper food safety protocols at all times




Support the overall operation of the kitchen during service hours

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and procedures
Experience with meal preparation and food industry best practices is advantageous
Strong understanding of serving, food safety, and kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
