Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and preferences. Guide them through the furniture selection process with expert knowledge and a friendly approach.
Design Consultation:
Collaborate with customers to envision and create customized furniture solutions that align with their lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.
Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, product knowledge, and a passion for transforming spaces.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product line, features, and benefits. Be a product expert to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a professional retail sales environment or a related field.
Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for interior design and a creative mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude and a team player.
