Team member is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the Domino’s store. This position helps ensure excellent customer service, high-quality products, food safety, effective delivery and carryout operations, and a positive work setting. The Assistant Manager also assists with training, coaching, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and achieving store performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and overall store performance.
Provide friendly, skilled, and efficient customer service.
Ensure pizzas and other products are prepared accurately and according to Domino’s standards.
Supervise and support team members during shifts.
Train, coach, and motivate employees to provide excellent service and follow company procedures.
Help manage staffing levels, breaks, shift assignments, and employee performance.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety standards are consistently followed.
Monitor product quality, portion control, and order accuracy.




Assist with inventory management, food ordering, receiving deliveries, and minimizing waste.
Handle cash, deposits, refunds, and other financial responsibilities according to company procedures.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Support delivery operations and help ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Open and/or close the store as required.
Complete required paperwork, reports, and shift documentation.
Help achieve sales, service, labor, food-cost, and profitability goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Follow all Domino’s policies, procedures, and applicable health and safety regulations.

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
