In this role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping projects, including planting, maintenance, and construction tasks. Responsibilities
Assist with the installation and maintenance of gardens, lawns, and landscape features using hand tools and power tools
Operate equipment such as excavators and mechanical tools safely and efficiently under supervision
Support irrigation system installation, repairs, and adjustments to ensure proper watering of landscapes
Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, mulching, and weeding to promote healthy growth
Conduct routine landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and debris removal
Assist with construction projects like building retaining walls, pathways, or garden beds following safety protocols




Maintain equipment through regular cleaning and basic mechanical checks to ensure optimal operation

Qualifications
Previous experience with construction or landscaping is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (drills, saws) is advantageous
Basic mechanical knowledge helpful for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or irrigation systems is a plus
Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently
Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions for extended periods
A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues

Pay: $18.25-$29.64 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
