Duties:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disorderly conduct
Collect payment from customers and provide accurate change
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers

-Ensure the bar is clean and up to health code standards at all times

Qualifications
Previous experience as a bartender or in the food service industry preferred
Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills




Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
Knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality industry standards
