Job Summary

Duties
Assist dental or medical professionals with patient care procedures, ensuring smooth clinical operations
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage supplies to maintain a clean and organized setting
Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for creating or modifying dental or medical models as needed
Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatment plans, and laboratory data using relevant software systems
Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and answering questions with professionalism and empathy
Support laboratory tasks such as impression taking, model pouring,



and device fabrication when required
Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology to accurately document and interpret clinical notes and instructions

Qualifications
Prior experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is highly preferred
Robust knowledge of CAD software and laboratory procedures related to dental or medical fields
Familiarity with medical terminology and basic laboratory techniques
Previous experience in dental assisting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and vendors
