We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This is a key position in a busy hotel where no two days are the same.

Position Overview

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth daily operations of the hotel.

This role includes front desk duties, guest services, and supporting overall hotel operations.

Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Manage multi-line phone systems and guest inquiries
Perform cash handling and basic accounting procedures
Complete room inspections and ensure readiness
Assign tasks to housekeeping and maintenance
Assist with laundry and back-of-house operations as needed
Help with meeting room setup
Off sales
Assist in restaurant when required
room checks
Monitor and respond to security situations
Maintain daily shift reports and staff communication




Keep front desk area organized and skilled

Requirements
Experience in front desk or hospitality preferred
Experience with RoomKey or similar PMS systems is an asset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office
Experience with cash handling

Schedules
Evening, and Night Shifts
Must be available for weekends

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
Hospitality: 2 years (required)
