Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a Bartender and Server. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering top-notch service to our guests. You’ll mix drinks, serve food, and ensure every guest has an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in multitasking, and eager to provide memorable moments for our patrons.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, following standard recipes and safety guidelines.
Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a friendly attitude.
Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area and dining space, adhering to food safety regulations.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales prospects through effective suggestive selling techniques.
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills to ensure smooth service flow.




Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling and sanitation practices.

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for effective order processing.
Robust customer service skills with a welcoming attitude and ability to engage guests positively.
Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling, sanitation, and basic food preparation techniques.
Good math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality.
Experience with serving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
