Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of transactions
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and giving correct change
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; robust background in hospitality or the food industry is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards guests
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math for cashiering, math calculations, and order accuracy
Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen environments is advantageous but not required
Solid communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members

Pay: $15.35-$26.88 per hour
