General Contractor looking for a full time Laborer
Successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in general labor tasks on a daily basis. This includes demolition, site clean up, dump runs, garbage pick up etc. The applicant must take direction well and work well within a team.
Responsibilities
Complete tasks given by the Site Superintendent or Project Manager in a timely manor.
Complete work safely.
Qualifications
Have the ability to work unsupervised.
Be able to work as part of a team.
Have solid communication skills.
You MUST have a vehicle.
Must have cell phone for mobile communication
Must be in good physical health and able to lift 50lbs.
Skills & Abilities
Have knowledge & experience in both commercial and residential construction.
Posses a valid Class 5 Drivers License
