Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tire and Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. This role involves performing routine vehicle maintenance, tire services, and oil changes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Duties
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and tire replacements efficiently and accurately
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend services
Assist with wheel alignments and brake services as needed
Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair vehicles
Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly
Assist in sales of additional services or products when appropriate
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fluid checks, filter replacements, and vehicle inspections




Support the team with general repairs and mechanical tasks as required

Experience
Dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred
Mechanical experience with knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Familiarity with oil change procedures, tire service, and general automotive service techniques
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment in a fast-paced environment
Service Experience is highly desirable
Solid mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during various repair tasks
