We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Assistant to join our team. As a Childcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the development and well-being of children in your care, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to thrive.

Responsibilities
Provide attentive and responsive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood learning and development.
Educate children on basic life skills, social interactions, and emotional regulation through structured play and activities.
Create a positive classroom setting that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space, ensuring it is secure for all children.

Qualifications




Previous experience in caregiving or early childhood education is preferred.
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in childcare.
Ability to educate children effectively while creating an engaging learning environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children of various ages.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
