Work directly with Management to control delinquency and gross losses to corporate objectives to include customer-direct calling.
Resolve customer delinquency problems to retain customers and achieve permanent corrective action.
Report and track gross losses/delinquency to sales management.
Develop strong business relationships with sales management, meet delinquency control and loss objectives.
Answer field and customer questions concerning the credit program and account status.
Work all skip accounts for resolution.
Ensure collection and repossession procedures adhere to corporate policy.
Properly administering Company extension policy.
Develop the credit business
Develop strong business relationships with regional sales management team and customers.
Promote Credit Sales programs to the field at every chance.
Work closely with Business Development and sales management team on contests and promotions.
Educate field sales personnel on credit program features and benefits.
Introduce, administer,
and promote recent programs, products, and procedures.
Maintain monthly contact with all assigned customers.
Analyze the business portfolio to formulate and execute monthly action plans.
Provide Weekly forecast to Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of collection experience.
Bi-lingual role, requires proficiency in both English and French
Strong negotiation and skip tracing skills.
Demonstrated problem resolution skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read and analyze credit bureaus.
Travel: Some travel may be required
Pay: $62,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
