This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys working with people, is driven to succeed, and wants to build a rewarding career in automotive sales. Automotive experience is an asset, but a outstanding attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are what matter most.

What You’ll Do
Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
Build lasting relationships by providing helpful, pressure-free service
Conduct vehicle walkarounds, test drives, and product demonstrations
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with sales opportunities
Maintain accurate customer information using dealership systems
Coordinate appointments, vehicle deliveries, and customer follow-ups
Stay informed about Toyota vehicles, features, programs, and inventory
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Help keep the showroom and vehicle displays organized and presentation-ready

What We’re Looking For

Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward goals
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and social media
Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
Sales or customer service experience is an asset
Automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required
