Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional service, managing food and beverage orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and memorable dining experiences for all patrons.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Handle cashiering duties including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and change
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling protocols
Manage tables, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction throughout their visit
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining space, counters, and POS stations
Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving any concerns to ensure excellent customer service
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order delivery and ensure accuracy

Qualifications




Previous experience in restaurant service or food industry roles is preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill calculations
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with professionalism and attention to detail
Hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
