We're looking for an Insurance Estimator to join our team. In this role, you’ll assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate estimates, and work closely with customers, technicians, and insurers to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
Responsibilities:
Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare detailed repair estimates.
Review and adjust estimates with management.
Coordinate with insurance appraisers to resolve discrepancies.
Recommend repair vs. replacement decisions.
Complete insurance forms and documentation.
Support the production team and ensure timely communication with customers.
What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s license.
Solid knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Assets (Not Required):
Experience working in a body shop or with estimating software (e.g., Mitchell, Audatex).
Enrolled in or completed relevant training or certification (e.g., appraiser courses).
