Signature Support Services provides support to people with developmental disabilities in their home, work and leisure environments.

Residential Services has a Full Time Residential Supervisor position. The qualifications for this position are as follows:

· Positive physical & mental health.

· A valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

· Educational background (diploma or degree) or experience (3 plus years) in the Human Services Field.

· Experience working with behaviors.

· Experience in personal care including transfers and lifts

-Knowledge or willingness to learn colostomy care and giving subcutaneous injections

· Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

· Positive team player who is goal directed.





· Versatile to work evening and weekends as required.

· Supervisory experience is considered an asset.

· Female applicants only due to the nature of the support required by the individual we serve

When working directly with the individuals there is an added $3-$4.50/ hour complex premium.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,681.00-$63,529.00 per year
