Harrison’s Property Services is hiring motivated Exterior Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We specialize in qualified exterior maintenance for residential and commercial properties across Greater Victoria.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and taking pride in visible results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Window cleaning (traditional & water-fed pole systems)
Gutter cleaning and debris removal
Roof moss treatment and soft washing
Pressure washing driveways, patios, and siding
Loading/unloading equipment and maintaining clean work sites
Communicating professionally with clients on-site
Training is provided — no experience required for the right candidate.
Pay & Schedule
$20–$30 per hour, depending on experience and performance

What We’re Looking For
Reliable and punctual
Physically capable (lifting 40+ lbs, ladders, working at heights)
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Valid driver’s license (required)

Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, roofing, or construction is an asset but not required.
