Dominion Painters is hiring a Field Marketer (Door-to-Door Marketer) to help expand our presence throughout London’s residential neighborhoods and communities.
No painting experience required — just a outstanding attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
About the Role
You’ll be the face of Dominion Painters in the field, introducing homeowners to our services. Your mission: generate qualified leads and book estimate appointments for our team.
This role offers strong earning potential, flexible hours, and room to grow into a full leadership position.
Responsibilities
Canvass local neighborhoods
Distribute flyers, door hangers, and marketing materials
Initiate friendly conversations with residents
Identify potential painting needs and collect contact information
Book estimate appointments
Track leads and communicate results with the team
Compensation
$20/hour base wage
+$10 for every qualified lead generated
+$30 for every booked estimate
High performers regularly earn $30–$60/hr with bonuses
Bi-weekly pay schedule
Schedule
Part-time (10–20 hours/week)
Flexible weekday evenings and weekend shifts available
