Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join Van Isle Fitness! As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in motivating individuals to achieve their fitness goals while providing exceptional customer service in a supportive environment.

Duties
Conduct engaging fitness classes ensuring all participants feel included and motivated
Educate and guide clients on proper exercise techniques
Maintain a safe and clean workout environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with clients to provide feedback, encouragement, and support throughout their fitness journey
Ensure timely start and end times for all sessions
Foster a positive community atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction
Communicate with the owner regarding any ideas, thoughts, or concerns

Requirements




Robust customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
Time management skills
Ability to educate clients on fitness principles, ensuring they understand the importance of proper techniques and safety measures
A passion for health and fitness, with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., personal training or group fitness instructor certifications).
Previous experience in a fitness or wellness environment is an advantage but NOT mandatory.
