Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Carpenter to join our construction team. This role involves working on various tasks throughout the construction phase of new residential builds. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in framing, finishing, and general carpentry, along with a robust work ethic and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of construction-related tasks including framing, trim work, drywall repair, and minor plumbing or electrical fixes.
Assist with the installation of doors, windows, cabinetry, baseboards, and other fixtures.
Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials as needed.
Conduct site clean-up and basic maintenance during and after job completion.




Collaborate with other trades and site supervisors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Identify and communicate repair or adjustment needs to site supervisor.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in carpentry, handyman services, or general construction.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials.
Skilled in the safe use of power and hand tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
