The Head Office for Charm Diamond Centres (CJ Limited) is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill an entry-level, full time role as a Shipper at our location in Dartmouth, NS.

In business since 1972, and operating over 85 stores across the country, CJ Limited is the largest family-owned Canadian jewellery company and a platinum member of Canada's Best Managed Companies.

Schedule Requirements:
This position requires availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm availability.

Job Responsibilities:
Process domestic and international shipments using carrier shipping platforms and websites.
Accurately prepare and manifest shipments.
Assist with inventory transactions and record keeping.
Support inventory control processes and related duties as assigned.
Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily shipping deadlines.

Required Skills:
Strong customer service and communication skills




The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Previous shipping, logistics, inventory, or international shipping experience is considered an asset.
