Duties:
Estimate project costs, assemble quantity take-offs and develop quotation submissions
Prepare requests for quotations, obtain competitive pricing from suppliers, subs contractors, etc.
Draft proposals and submit tenders – meeting specialized requirements as needed
Proof-read estimates for completeness and compliance with scope and specifications
Foster long-term customer relationships through professionalism and respect

Requirements:
Drivers License
Demonstrate understanding of industry practices, electrical tendering processes and Bid Depository regulations




Have experience estimating commercial projects (minimum 5 years
experience in medical/dental would be a huge asset.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and drawings
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines
