Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Cashier to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience, along with making drinks, helping kitchen, dishes. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and customer interactions, with a strong focus on food safety and sanitation. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in hospitality, food handling, and cashiering within a dynamic restaurant environment.

Duties
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments efficiently
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and workstations in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as needed
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
Provide guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Solid customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders simultaneously
Food industry knowledge including serving, food preparation, and hospitality principles is advantageous
Reliable with good communication skills and a professional appearance
Experience with food handling, cashiering, and kitchen operations is desirable
MUST HAVE A VALID PRO SERVER OR WILLING TO PROVIDE IT.
