We are seeking a dedicated and skilled live on site maintenance person / site manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities through effective maintenance practices and site management skills. This role requires persons to have previous experience in this field.

Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating robust supervisory skills when required.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all tasks
