Responsibilities
Diagnose, maintain, and repair washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, and microwaves
Accurately identify required replacement parts
Explain diagnoses, repair options, and costs clearly to customers
Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate job records
Collect payments and properly document completed work
Handle customer property and appliances carefully
Maintain qualified and respectful customer service
Requirements
Appliance repair or similar experience is an asset
Ability to diagnose and complete repairs
Valid Manitoba driver’s licence and good driving record
Robust mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to safely move appliances and lift at least 55+ pounds
Positive English communication skills
