Responsibilities
Change bed linen and make beds
Replace used towels
Sweep and mop floors
Vacuum carpets
Dust furniture
Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
Clean public areas, like corridors and washrooms
Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
Help guests retrieve lost items
Help with Laundry and Public Area Cleaning
Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
Follow hotel security guidelines
Requirements
Must have a drivers license or reliable way to get to and from workplace
Work experience as a Room Attendant (preferred)
Good physical health and stamina
Ability to lift heavy
Flexibility to work in shifts
Ability to communicate with guests & other staff
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
Excellent organization skills
Ability to follow instructions
Both guests and staff are required to wear face coverings when in common areas of the hotel.
