Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest experience
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service for all guests

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with strong knowledge of the food industry
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and payment processing
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, tipping, and cash handling tasks
Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales prospects while ensuring guest satisfaction
Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus
Effective communication skills to interact seamlessly with guests and team members
A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality, guest services, and creating memorable dining moments

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 14.0 per week
