We are looking for a talented, motivated individual to join our lead management team. This is an opportunity for someone with professional administrative skills, natural people skills and a keen sense of attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure new patient leads are contacted and scheduled in a timely manner.
Respond to online web inquiries, answer inbound phone inquiries, and communicate with prospective patients in a professional manner.
Process incoming patient referrals and ensure seamless communication and updates are provided to referring doctors.
Manage workflows using our internal patient management system and lead management CRM.
Required Skills / Aptitude
Previous experience in a healthcare, optometry, or ophthalmology workplace strongly preferred
Fluent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience with EMR and Practice Management Systems preferred
Self-starter with a high degree of personal initiative
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Conversational French an asset
Customer service driven – focused on providing an exceptional patient experience
Ability to work in a fast paced workplace
Flexibility and adaptability to changing roles and requirements
