Responsibilities:
Analyze clients' insurance needs and present suitable options
Negotiate insurance terms with underwriters to secure the best policies for clients
Communicate effectively with clients to explain coverage details and assist with claims
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and offerings
Provide outstanding customer service to build and maintain client relationships
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets
Skills:
Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is highly desirable
Solid analytical skills to assess clients' insurance requirements
Excellent negotiation skills to secure optimal insurance terms for clients
Experience in outside sales or retail sales is beneficial
Ability to effectively market insurance products to potential clients
Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging diverse clientele
