What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll work closely with business clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs with clarity and confidence. Day-to-day, that looks like:
Managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients with care and attention
Handling renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and cancellations
Supporting new business quoting and placement alongside producers
Building strong relationships with underwriters to secure the right coverage
Keeping organized, accurate client records using our digital systems
Guiding clients through claims with clear communication and follow-through

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who knows their stuff but also knows how to connect with people.
2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance
Solid understanding of commercial products and markets




Level 2 insurance license in Saskatchewan (or working toward it)
Robust communication skills—you can explain coverage in a way clients actually understand
High attention to detail and robust organizational skills
A proactive, team-oriented approach to client service
