Proline Pipe Equipment Inc. is a local company in Southeast Edmonton. We manufacture, rent and sell quality equipment and supplies to the pipeline construction industry. This is a six-month placement.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff/department personnel
Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate staff/department personnel
Monitor and direct accounting group email
Filing and account file maintenance for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Review of sales invoices for accuracy
Accounts payable data entry
Sending accounts receivable customer statements
Ad hoc administrative tasks
Assist in other departments as requested
Requirements:
Valuable knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
Adapt quickly and comfortably to change
Enjoys working as a part of a team
This is a full-time prospect with the normal work week of Monday to Friday.
