We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Home Support Worker to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
Support patients with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to ensure a secure living workplace
Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
Assist with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring safety at all times
Document care provided, report changes in health status, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams





Qualifications
Prior experience in assisted living, home care, or nursing home settings is highly desirable
Knowledge of patient care practices, dementia care, hospice care, and working with individuals with disabilities
Strong skills in meal preparation, medication administration, and general caregiving duties
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and compassionate approach
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred but not required
Certification in caregiving or relevant health-related training is a plus
