Winston’s Pub at the Hotel Senator is looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable Daytime Server who genuinely enjoys taking care of people.

We offer a lively pub atmosphere, but we take hospitality seriously. For us, extraordinary service means warmly welcoming every guest, paying attention to the details, anticipating needs, and creating an experience that makes people want to return.

What You’ll Do
Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Provide knowledgeable, attentive food and beverage service
Take orders accurately and deliver them efficiently
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
Learn the menu and confidently answer guest questions
Process payments accurately
Keep tables and service areas clean, organized, and inviting
Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and hotel team members
Handle guest concerns with care and positive judgment

What We’re Looking For

A friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude
Strong communication and people skills
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
The ability to stay calm, organized, and positive in a busy environment
A team-first mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
Previous serving experience is an asset, but the right attitude is essential
Valid Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification, or the ability to obtain it before beginning work
Availability for daytime shifts, including some weekends and holidays
